When you order your Dukes Boots, we will send them out within 48 hours of receiving your order. We send all of our boots via courier and you will have to sign for your delivery.

BESPOKE

If your are ordering Dukes Bespoke Boots, your boots will be handmade and will arrive with you 4-6 weeks after ordering.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  1. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you
  2. Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum
  3. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched
  4. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers

 

CUSTOMS AND DUTY

Please note that orders made outside the EU may be subject to additional import tax and duty once the order reaches its designated country. As Dukes Boots has no control over these charges, any additional import taxes and duty fees must be borne by you.

 

SALES TAX (VAT or GST)

Prices on Dukes Boots online include VAT at 20% for all shipments to EU countries. For shipments to other countries you are responsible for the payment of any eventual VAT or GST as stipulated by each country’s regulation.

 

 RETURNS

    If you would like to return or exchange something, the please fill out the form provided on the back of your invoice and post your unwanted item back to us using the sticky returns label provided (within 28 days). Please do not forget to indicate your requirements so that we can help you out as quickly as possible.

    We are unable to accept the return of any products that have been worn, so please be careful when trying on your boots. Unfortunately, Bespoke Boots cannot be returned.

    It is the responsilbity of the customer to return un-faulty boots to us for an exchange or refund.

    All refunds will be credited back to the original payment type. Any shipping and handling fees that were paid during an online order are non-refundable.

    If you have lost your invoice please write a covering letter detailing the order number and whether you would like an exchange/refund. If you have lost your receipt, we are only able to offer the most recent price.

    Refunds can take up to 14 working days to appear on your credit/debit card from the date we receive the return. You will receive a confirmation email when you have been refunded any amount.

    The returning item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges on products that are lost in the post when being returned back to us. The cost of returning any unwanted items to us is not paid for by Dukes Boots. 

    Dukes subsidises the cost of UK postage to lower the initial costs for the customer - a UK rate of £5.00. If you wish to return your boots, unless faulty, the full cost of postage paid, £8.10 will be deducted from the refund. Proof of postage on Dukes behalf can be provided. 

    Please note that sale items cannot be returned after a 7 day period has lapsed.

     

    *Please note* If a customs charge is payable by us on receipt of boots from outside of the UK, this cost shall be deducted from the refund amount.
